Alles weg... :(

Grrrrrr.... Das gibt´s nicht...
Aufgrund einer Mischung von Blödheit meinerseits und Nicht-Funktionieren auf Seiten meines PCs sind mir soeben praktisch alle meine geschriebenen Rezensionen sowie einige andere ältere Posts abhanden gekommen. So ein Mist, aber mal echt.
Ich hab zum Glück noch Kopien meiner Rezensionen, die anderen Posts werde ich aber wohl nicht retten können. Um meinem Rezensionsindex wieder auf die Sprünge zu helfen (im Moment ist alles gelöscht), werde ich nach und nach noch einmal einige der älteren und -eigentlich- schon erschienenen Posts bringen. Andere verlinke ich der Einfachheit halber mit meiner amazon-Seite, auf der die Rezensionen ja auch erscheinen. Sorry dafür.

So, ich habe dann auch mal The Book Depository ausprobiert und muss sagen: ich bin begeistert. Die Bücher, die mich interessier(t)en, sind dort fast alle billiger als bei allen möglichen Anbietern hier in Deutschland, die Versandzeit find ich okay und die Qualität weitestgehend auch. Gut, nur bei meiner Ausgabe von „Matched“ ist leider eine Ecke des Buchcovers ziemlich umgeknickt – das ärgert mich L

Aber ich hab auch nicht schlecht geguckt, als ich feststellte, dass ich mir bei TBD auch deutsche Titel bestellen kann, ebenfalls für weniger Geld im Vergleich zum deutschen Preis, der ja hierzulande leider dem Buchpreisbindungsgesetz unterliegt.

Apropos „Matched“: ja, ich bin dann wohl auch auf den Cassia & Ky- Zug aufgesprungen und habe mir das Original zugelegt. Man kann ja fast nicht anders, wenn man überall von diesem Buch liest und so viele so begeistert davon sind. Also mach ich auch mit :)

Letztes Jahr habe ich bereits den ersten Teil der Touch Novels ("Deadly little secrets") von Laurie Faria Stolarz gelesen, daher wurde es mal höchste Zeit, sich den zweiten Teil zu besorgen:

Kurze Zusammenfassung:

"Arkadien brennt" habe ich durch, allerdings glaube ich nicht, dass ich dazu eine Rezension schreiben werde, da ich nicht wirklich weiß, was ich außer "Mir hat´s gefallen" schreiben sollte... :) Schöne und gelungene Fortsetzung von "Arkadien erwacht", und in meinen Augen sogar noch spannender. Auch wenn diese Tierverwandlungen auf mich immer noch etwas befremdlich wirken.

Dann hab ich mir gedacht, dass ich mal ein bißchen an meinem SuB arbeite. Das wird schwierig, weil ich gerade in den letzten Tagen ordentlich Bücher-Shopping betrieben habe und diese Neuerrungenschaften alle nach und nach in den nächsten Tagen eintreffen müssten. Das ist natürlich höchst verlockend ^^ Aber wenn ich den Blick über meine Bücherregale schweifen lasse, bleibt dieser stets an Büchern hängen, die dort schon eine ganze Weile stehen und die ich noch nicht gelesen habe. Und das sollte ich wohl mal ändern, nicht umsonst nehme ich ja auch an der SuB-Abbau Challenge von Tine teil. Daher hab ich mal kurzerhand zu "Das Tal: Die Katastrophe" von Krystyna Kuhn gegriffen. Auch "Marked" von P.C. & Kristin Cast lese ich schon seit einige Zeit so nebenbei. Und danach - tja, mal sehen, welches Buch es dann wird. Hab ja genügend...
